Respectful Family Mediation
You know your children and your family better than anyone else. I work with you in a warm, respectful environment to provide family mediation and address the legal aspects of your separation.
What we offer
Mediation
Family mediation is a process where a neutral, certified family mediator helps you and your former partner communicate openly, identify your needs and interests, and develop your own solutions to your separation.
Agreements
When both parties reach an agreement, I prepare and file joint applications at Court to obtain a judgment, on divorce, parental time, support, or modifications to a previous judgment, all at fixed rates.
Collaborative law
Collaborative law is a process in which each party is supported by their own lawyer and works together in good faith to reach an agreement without going to court.

Why family mediation?
Whenever you choose to begin litigation, you will be asking a third party who has never met you or your children to decide on all aspects of your separation. Court procedures can also be very costly, stressful, long and can weaken the co-parenting relationship. In mediation, I will give you the tools and space to help you find the best plan forward for your unique family.
Mediation is voluntary and requires good faith, transparency, trust and open, honest communication. I will be your guide as you and your former partner identify the most equitable and sustainable solutions for you and your family. I have a rigorous and empathetic approach and will facilitate respectful communication, mutual understanding, and collaboration. The best interests of your children will be at the centre of our discussions.
Let’s work together to find amicable arrangements for your family.
